Our Ukrainian contact reports how women, children and elderly people are taken from the fathers of families at the border, say goodbye and go back to war. The fear and despair, especially among the children, is unimaginable.

INFORMATION- TIERE IN UKRAINE

Für die Tiere organisieren wir als Team gemeinsam mit Conny von Equitrans und KOMET e.V. ebenfalls Versorgungen/Lösungen. Auch hier werden Transport- und Versorgungskosten (Futter, Tierarzt etc.) dringend benötigt.

Die Tiere werden aus purer Verzweiflung aus den Gehegen und Ställen freigelassen…. Die Panik auch bei den Tieren ist unvorstellbar…

vet.crew auf Instagram – Sagte, sie seien in Odessa, Ukraine. Ihre Stadt wird seit 4 Uhr morgens bombardiert. Viele Menschen setzen ihre Tiere aus und gehen. Poland and Hungary accepting animals WITHOUT documentation for those fleeing from Ukraine

vet.crew on Instagram – Said they are in Odessa, Ukraine. Their city has been bombed since 4 am. Many people abandon their animals and leave. They will stay and help everyone’s animals left behind.

Entering Romania –

If you are fleeing or know someone who has, help has been offered for your pets. The animal protection association Casa lui Patrocle supports and offers help for families with pets who enter Romania from the Ukraine via the Sireten. Entering Germany –

To Ukrainian citizens who want to leave Ukraine with pet(s) and enter Germany due to the current situation: Please contact at Munich Airport for organisation. The team there does everything possible to get the people and their animals out of there.

Animal Shelter Munich will provide quick help and temporary accomodation for animals.

Poland animal shelter offering help to anyone with their pets. Contact for assistance and temporary housing.

Polish officials are now facilitating Ukrainian border crossing for families fleeing with their animals. The whole animal health dossier is now NOT mandatory. Animals will be vaccinated AFTER CROSSING Polish side of the border.
