The children at the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler painting circus have created so many beautiful things over the past few weeks. Of course, everything around Easter was designed for small and large long ears, figures and eggs were colourfully painted and even window pictures were made with a really great technique, which we would like to introduce to you today: Various colouring templates (in our case bunnies and eggs) were printed out and coloured in. Then the Cut out the motifs and rub the backs with baby oil and a small sponge. This makes the motifs even more vibrant in colour and slightly translucent.
Once everything has been dabbed dry with kitchen paper, you can laminate the pictures to make them more stable. Cut them out again and they can be stuck to the window with adhesive tape. As there are so many colouring templates to discover on the Internet, there are no limits to creativity and choice when it comes to design and even the youngest children can make their own window pictures with a little help.
