Yesterday, ZuvAHRsicht organised an art therapy workshop for adults at the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler painting circus. 
The dear Natalie Reuscher explains: "The idea came about because we were often asked: "What do you do?" Now anyone interested could see for themselves - in the truest sense of the word! 
The dear Natalie Reuscher explains: "The idea came about because we were often asked: "What do you do?" Now anyone interested could see for themselves - in the truest sense of the word! Under the guidance of Steffi Raths, the children got a taste of art therapy. Naturally with subsequent evaluation: What do colours and shapes mean? - And much more. After the workshop, the adults present still had some time to let off steam creatively. Pressing pictures onto pictures, trying out shapes, colours and gradients. 
Whether with foil, brushes or chestnuts: Everything was tried out. "Oh, I've never done that before" and "Can I?" were often said. This resulted in unique works and lots of fun."
Art therapist Steffi adds: "The participants' biggest obstacle is: "I can't paint...." But you don't need to be able to do anything. It's not about creating a work of art. It's about coming to terms with yourself and visualising cultural knowledge."
