Last Wednesday, as requested by the children, the Kids-Treff Junior went into the forest with Silke Fröhlich.
She tells us:
"With headlamps
and rucksacks
Equipped, we set off and everyone wanted to keep the dogs on a lead until we reached the finish line.
Peanut and Fluffy were delighted with the kids, enjoyed being stroked and proudly performed all their tricks.
To strengthen their own self-esteem, they went to the tipi building.
Very eager the kids collected long sticks and mastered their task wonderfully as a team.
In between, there were small snacks for refreshment, which everyone was very happy about.
Finally, the children were allowed to practise their dexterity and climb through 'dangerous' laser beams, first alone and then as part of a team.
Afterwards, we returned tired but happy.
What a lovely afternoon."
Thank you very much, dear Silke. We would have loved to have been part of the adventure ourselves.
Thanks to The Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband - General AssociationAktion Deutschland Hilft and all private donors for their valuable support.
