On Saturday, the workshop "Decorating Easter cupcakes" took place with the lovely Ela from Ela's Cupcake Dreams at Malzirkus Ahrweiler.

The children created wonderful decorations with a lot of love and fine motor skills.
We also received the information that the Christmas cupcakes still exist. Quote: "They still look good, even though the actual cupcake has dried."
The café was open at the same time and ElaAr brought delicious carrot cupcakes to enjoy.
Families who took part in the Christmas Express also visited again and had a smile on their faces when they remembered the Christmas Express. Even though the painting circus is regularly closed on Saturdays, our little guests were busy painting in the Café Wagen.
A test run of a pavilion construction for the paper boat campaign then took place together with the AWO. That presented us with a bit of a challenge, but with a bit of phoning, we were probably able to procure suitable replacement poles and intermediate elements, which were unfortunately missing."
