On the road to self-efficacy in the FortunaMobil
"Although we assume this, we are always surprised at how much our work bears fruit. 
This in turn means that the children also work hard on themselves.
I would like to tell you about a girl (10 years old). She was one of the first children in the "FortunaMobil".
Until Today, she doesn't have it easy in many situations. Be it the flood, school life or family life. 
Time and again, obstacles are placed in her way that she cannot overcome on her own.
Her frustration tolerance was very low at times, outbursts of anger were part of everyday life and she could barely keep her emotions in check.
But over the years, she has learnt to listen to herself.
Lately she had a problem, something was bothering her. Her parents couldn't get to her and they asked for help. 🙂↕️
Apparently she needed some time to sort herself out.
At our last meeting, we sat down with her and asked her about it.
And lo and behold - she was able to explain her problem to us clearly and calmly. 
Heike and I just gave her a little push, but in the end she found the solution herself.
It was about difficulties within the group and talking about them requires a lot of courage and clarity.
We are incredibly proud of her, because she is constantly struggling to reconcile the realities of everyday life with her inner life. And she does a great job of it.
