"Nooo, what a lovely time we had today at the second creative cookery course 
The children chopped up a lot again and had so much fun and laughter. So, first we had mashed potato muffins, which everyone could fill to their heart's content with peppers, sweetcorn, spring onions and broccoli. Then a delicious sauce on top, gratinated with cheese and off to the oven! Yummi 
How it sizzles! Until the muffins were ready, we read a story and learnt some interesting facts about the potato. Thanks to our vegetable patch project, we were also able to see exactly how and where a potato grows. All the children did a great job with the quiz afterwards! You listened and paid attention really well 
And because a delicious dessert is of course a must 
we made colourful waffles and cinnamon buns and had a really good time We'll definitely do it again because it was soooo nice. Do YOU actually know which animal particularly likes the leaves of the potato plant? And what the potato holidays used to be all about? Well, our Malzirkus children now know exactly!
