"Dot painting is an art form in which small dots are placed next to each other to create an image.
These dots can have different colours and sizes and are often arranged in a repeating pattern or a specific layout.
Creating a dot painting image requires patience and care, as each point must be applied individually to obtain the desired pattern or image.
This allows you to very quickly enter a meditative state, the so-called flow.
It helps to calm the mind and reduce stress.
The pinnacle of creative work is when you are completely in the flow, when you can immerse yourself deeply in your picture and the process and are completely in the here and now.
We managed to achieve this state in the group and to experience the resulting silence not as unpleasant, but as beneficial; this is very valuable and important in hectic everyday life.
Dot Painting is an accessible and enjoyable form of art that is suitable for adults of all ages.
It's a great way to get creative, relax and create something beautiful at the same time, even without previous artistic experience.
The resulting pictures are really impressive!
All participants held their work in their hands, fulfilled and satisfied, and agreed: "We need to do it again!"
