I gave an introduction to NeuroGraphics® and the participants immediately began to work with the intuitive process.

Questions like "Which material do I want to use?" Acrylic, watercolour, pastels or coloured pencils? And "Which format is right for me today?"

When painting intuitively, you feel inside yourself and let your own feelings guide you. This is how the first curved and connected lines gradually emerged. The choice of colour was also made intuitively: "Which colour appeals to me today?" and "Which colour is good for me?". As the process progressed, more and more abstract patterns emerged and the participants curiously discovered random shapes that also reflected their heartfelt themes or thoughts.

Neurographic drawing re-establishes neuronal connections in the brain, leading to greater clarity, inspiration and new solutions.

NeuroGraphik® works directly on the subconscious, which is why thoughts, feelings and experiences often become visible in an abstract and random way.

NeuroGraphik® is a creative method that combines positive psychology and art therapy and can help to make inner themes visible, recognise new perspectives and gain personal insights.
