Such creative processes can help to bring order to inner chaos, reduce emotional tension and simply switch off.
Another important aspect of our programmes is the exchange that takes place during the creative work. The light flickered in the circus wagon, a small trigger for important topics of conversation: Memories of the night of the flood. While some participants still have clear and detailed memories of processes, times or even smells of the night, others experience their memories more like a silent film - without sounds, diffuse and difficult to grasp. These contrasts show how individual the processing procedures are for dealing with such a drastic experience.
