"Last week, Katja Blumenthal and her lion training programme were guests at the Malzirkus for two days.
During the workshop, the children learnt through practical exercises how they should behave in conflict situations and when it is necessary to get help. Katja Blumenthal made the content child-friendly and vivid by using stuffed animals that took on different roles - including Dennis the mosquito, who played a special part in the training.
The children were very enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed the role-playing games and exercises. The playful approach helped them to better understand the content and integrate it into their everyday lives.
It was particularly nice to see that the children continued to play in the meadow after the lion training, allowing the exercises to flow naturally into their play - a sign of how well they have internalised what they have learned.
We are already looking forward to the next workshops - Lion training with Katja Blumenthal and are looking forward to more exciting and instructive days!"
