Show us your hooves! 
Yours have already seen the far too long and rotten hooves. Today, relief was finally found! Together with Kathi, the fantastic farrier took care of the horror and our RebeccaMarcel Müller was of course also on site.
For all those who are not so familiar with hooves: Imagine walking 24/7 in high heels that are far too small with ingrown nails! The pain and stink are just the beginning. Poor posture, hoof decay and even hoof cancer are just some of the unpleasant side effects.
Without healthy hooves there is no healthy horse, because they are running and flight animals. Their health depends on healthy mobility. Young horses in particular need constant hoof trimming to prevent or correct deformities.
On average, hooves are trimmed every 6-8 weeks. In our more serious cases, however, we have to intervene more frequently to prevent pain and lameness. This is a gradual process that needs to be combined with patience and expertise.
