Behind the apparent simplicity lies a real challenge: Which pieces of jewellery do I want to make? Which colours harmonise? And how do I make a secure fastening? Working with wire, pliers and crimp beads requires a little dexterity and patience.
But it was worth the effort, because all the participants produced beautiful pieces - bracelets, earrings, key rings and even complete jewellery sets for the summer!
The filigree work requires concentration and has a very meditative effect.
You can pause for a moment, switch off from everyday life and be completely in the moment. At the same time, something unique is created, made by your own hand - an expression of your own creativity and individuality.
And in the end, everyone agreed that we could go out in style tonight! It was a wonderful afternoon full of creativity and deceleration, a welcome balance to everyday life!"
