"At the mindfulness meeting, we explored together the question of what everyone can do best for themselves to avoid getting lost in negative thoughts. This are usually accompanied by a poor mental state, which in turn can have a negative impact on health.
As humans can only think one thought, we practised mindfulness, which already has a great effect.
Afterwards, more ideas were collected on how to do something good for yourself, including one or two creative sessions.
Everyone was given the task of drawing a mandala on a stone.
Affirmations played in the background, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
Full of pride, the participants looked at their stones, which were to be given a very special place at home.
Relaxed and with new ideas in their luggage, everyone drove home after two hours and marvelled at how quickly the time had passed." - @Silke Fröhlich
