"Due to the high temperatures, we moved our Olympics to the pleasant shade. And as soon as I had set everything up, the children's busy little fingers were They had already disappeared into the boxes and immediately started building cars, locomotives and flowers according to the instructions. Hm... That was fun at first. But there's nothing like making your own creations and creative variations on what already seemed to be finished. So something was changed here or something was added there and the flower was supposed to look a little different.
The green meadow was particularly beautifully designed with lots of little details, such as umbrellas, a table and chairs, a dog bowl, lots of colourful flowers and a sugar-sweet pool for the dolphin. After all, he has to swim in the water! I really had to have the tiny little figure with the rotating eyes on the vehicle I had created explained to me, and now I know a new character from the Star Wars saga too! I've learnt something new again.
The children had the opportunity to spend the afternoon creating their own things, but also to create something together and to keep giving each other new ideas. Wonderful!
Due to the heat, a break was of course also very important, and during this - how could it be otherwise - there was also a small ice cream.
And as everyone had so much fun, it is clear that this creative "building afternoon" will be continued!
I'm looking forward to it and see you very soon!"
