Jewellery - Handmade, unique, personal

Creative farewell at the old location:
„In glorious summer weather, ZuvAHRsicht once again became a place of lively encounters: the jewellery workshop for adults was the atmospheric finale at the previous location. Colourful glass and gemstone beads were used to create individual pieces of jewellery - each an expression of personal creativity and self-design.📿
After the successful start to the first course, there was great anticipation. In addition to familiar faces, we were also able to welcome new participants who set to work full of curiosity and zest for action. The mixture of experience and fresh eyes created an inspiring dynamic: things were tried out, combined, perfected, discarded and rethought. Behind the apparent simplicity lies a real challenge: Which pieces of jewellery do I want to make? Which colours appeal to me? How do I find the right shape? And how do I make a secure fastening? Working with wire, pliers and crimping beads requires sensitivity, patience and the willingness to fully immerse yourself in the moment.
The results are impressive: In a concentrated, almost meditative atmosphere, beautiful bracelets, elegant earrings and playful key rings were created. Even an old bell was given a new lease of life with a new bead pendant. The calm dedication with which the work was carried out created space for slowing down and self-efficacy. It was particularly nice to see how some participants were inspired beyond the course - and are now considering getting their own bead set for home. 🧿
The course was characterised by exchange, mutual support and the joy of creative design. Whether they were taking part for the first time or already had some practice, everyone found their own style and created small works of art with great dedication. It was an afternoon full of creativity and tranquillity, a beneficial balance to everyday life and a reminder of how fulfilling it is to create something unique with your own hands. Everyone agreed: we need to do it again!“ 💫 - Sarah Uessem
