Today, 20 September, we celebrate World Children's Day - a day that reminds us how important it is to make children's rights visible and to live them.
Children's rights are the building blocks for a strong democracy: when children have the opportunity to express themselves, be heard and take responsibility, we strengthen their voice - and thus our society as a whole.
Let's work together to ensure that children's rights are not just written on paper, but are lived out in everyday life. Because every child is important - today and every day.
