Every week, we look at a new emotion together and talk about whether it is a strengthening, light emotion or a protective, heavy one. And: What does the feeling of anger or sadness actually protect me from? And what can I do to feel light and strong again? The various yoga and breathing exercises, which the children perform with curiosity and great joy, help here. Wonderful. 
To integrate what they have learned, there is always time for painting with the emotion pictures, and the strengthening exercises to promote coordination and memory also have their fixed place. It is really great fun to watch the children's development.“
