Winter is hard in Ukraine.
Many dogs and cats that have been abandoned and injured are still being rescued. They are housed in foster homes and rescue centres, where dedicated helpers put their heart and soul into ensuring that they are cared for every day. With calm, with perseverance and with heart - so that these animals are not forgotten.
The cold is currently posing major challenges: Water sources are frozen, food mash can hardly be prepared. At the same time, the animals' energy requirements are increasing significantly - especially for the dogs. In order to stay warm and have energy, they need more food than usual and we are here to help!
