Every hour counts. Together, we’re getting help to where it’s needed right now.
As the forest and vegetation fires continue to spread, countless animals are losing their habitats. Many are injured, dehydrated or have been separated from their owners.
Fortuna hilft e.V., together with Lohmar hilft e.V., the Bürgerverein Odendorf e.V. and other partners, is organising urgently needed aid for the affected regions.

Together, we’re helping locally
All aid is used in a targeted manner.
We work exclusively with local partners and contacts.
Relief supplies are only transported once a specific need has been confirmed.
This way, we avoid unnecessary transport and ensure that every donation reaches the place where it is most urgently needed.
FAQ
Can I send donations in kind?
Yes. You can send your donations directly to the Lohmar hilft e.V. warehouse or drop them off in person.
Can I donate money as well?
Yes. Financial donations are particularly helpful in covering transport costs and purchasing essential relief supplies directly on the ground.
Is anything else needed?
Yes. The situation on the ground changes daily. That is why we are in constant contact with the emergency services and local animal welfare organisations and update the information accordingly.
I have contacts in France or Spain.
Please feel free to get in touch with us. Any reliable links to those affected or to local organisations can help us provide support more quickly and in a more targeted way.
