In the footsteps of the Celts and Vikings!
28.07. to 01.08. (MO-FR) and 05. to 09.08. (DI-SA)
Daily from 10 am to 4 pm
Would you like to know how the Celts and Vikings lived? How to build a shield and how they forged things back then? What did they actually eat back then and how did they make their clothes and jewellery?
You can experience all this and much more at our medieval summer camp - in the footsteps of the Celts and Vikings!
Look forward to a great week full of fun, games and exciting discoveries! Our Gemünd painting circus team as well as Fabulix and her team are looking forward to a great week with you!
What the children can expect:
An entire tent city is available for the children during the holiday camp at the Gemünd painting circus. This is where the various workshops and stations are located, where children can get creative and discover everything to do with the time of the Celts and Vikings and make their own things with expert guidance.
Planned actions:
Blacksmith workshop, shield and sword making, pottery, archery, jewellery making, cooking, sewing, exciting games and much more! Of course, the children can take all the things they make with them.
Important to know
This free leisure programme is for children from 6 -14 years. (Can-children are allowed, younger children by arrangement)
On the last day, parents and relatives are cordially invited to our Closing party where the children demonstrate and perform various activities. An archery competition crowns the event at the end.
Drinks and food are included. ( Lunch and an afternoon snack.) Drinks on site: Water, apple spritzer, apple juice and tea. Vegetarians will of course be taken into consideration. For vegans, parents must provide food which we will be happy to heat up.
