Non-profit status
The association Fortuna hilft e.V. is recognised by the Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe tax office as a non-profit and charitable organisation.
The current notice of exemption was issued on 5 August 2025 for the years 2021 to 2022.
The association is authorised to issue donation receipts for donations in accordance with § 50 EStDV.
